Ingredients: 2 large eggs (lightly beaten), 1 cup water, 1 tablespoon sugar + 2/3 cup sugar (divided), Vanilla extract (2 to 3 teaspoons), 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs, 2-1/2 tablespoons butter (melted), 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 2 packets softened cream cheese (8 ounces each)

Directions:

  1. Pour water into an electric pressure cooker. Also, grease a 6-inch springform pan. Mix the cracker crumbs, along with 1 tablespoon sugar and cinnamon.
